In 2007, Carousel was voted as the Best Buffet Restaurant in Singapore by The Straits Times. In addition, the culinary team was awarded with 1 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Bronze medals awarded by Food Hotel Asia in its 2008 Culinary Challenge.
